Resolved: Failure to deliver the item paid for

Update by user Jun 14, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Even when I asked for a full refund they initially declined and said they would send the item "next week". As they had said this several times before I insisted they cancel the order and refund my full payment, which they then did.. Original review posted by user Jun 10, 2020 On 4/5/2020 they said "we have your order ready for shipping". Several emails later and after today (10/6/2020) I asked them to cancel the order and provide me with a full refund, their response was "I understand that you want to cancel your order, but I really want you to try out our product since we guarantee that it is a game changer compared to other brands. I will put your order on to our next batch which will take another week for us to ship" Cannot tell you how angry I am at the moment User's recommendation: Do not deal with this business - they have repeatedly failed to tell the truth.
