replacement of a faulty cooker

Recently bought kitchen appliances and cooker is faulty. The deliver person came day before yesterday to fix refrigerator and replacement cooker not sent despite talking to several service men. Its been more than a week that I cant have fresh food and depending on market food. Very dishonest and poor services!!!
