sir, punjab national bank fefuse to give me study loan, enen they not give me permission to apply for studyloan. its very urgent i ot the call letter from canada for diploma in jan. 2010 but the bank person refuse to give me loan please reply me fast on my mob. no. i dont wan to lose this oppertiunity please sir rajwinder kaur jalandhar punjab india +[protected]
