Accredited is a mandate from express script .patients are required to use it and therefore poor coordination leads to breaches in medication supply. Unfortunately Accredo is the specialty pharmacy Cigna contracts with to dispense certain medications. It took 12 calls to get a medication shipped. From prescription date to shipping date was 6 -7 weeks. Total and complete incompetence.
