No customer service. Bought a swing. It came with standard, ugly and too short white ropes to hang. Ordered additional mounts and chain. It came without instructions and the mounts required studs be 3" apart to support or another method of installing a board across your porch ceiling. Again, no instructions. Still haven't received cushion from original order back in April. Rip offs and cheats. If you want to return, you pay shipping and they give you a portion of the price. Go with Amazon or Houzz or anyone except these jerks!!! User's recommendation: don't trust these people--.
