Purchased a speed camera update for my 6200


Purchased a speed camera update for my 6200 TomTom, and was unable to update the tom-tom, after about 8 days of trying to update with no success I cancelled the subscription after all if it will not update what use is it to me ,contacted TomTom as was not able to talk to anyone on the phone as I did last time ,was told to reset my TomTom and reconnect to my drive but still not working User's recommendation: starting to feel like they take your money asap but cant talk to any one about the problems.
