Good day I have been struggling from 26 April 2018 with a claim and when I call the call centre there is not even a option to speak to an consultant that can assist you, there is not even an option to press a number to get to the claims department if one goes onto the website there is no email address to lodge a claim there is only the enquiry email address and there is really no response from them, you only get a message that says we received your mail and will attend to the matter and nothing happens to the matter.
