Ive been at this Speedco in Duncan, SC around 4 hrs and my truck still isnt finished. Im just getting a PM and some wiper blades changed. They are short staffed and doesnt appear to be a real manager here on duty. Everyone here is just winging it. I guess theyre doing the best they can with limited resources but this has drained my driving time and I will NEVER visit this location again EVER. My gut was telling me not to stop but Im a repeat customer here. But this experience right here is just blowing me. The guy right here has been waiting over 3 hours or so just to get one tire changed. User's recommendation: Call in advance to find out real time wait times.
