DISCOVERED THE SALES PERSON SUPPORT STOPS AT THE POINT THE INVOICE IS PRINTED, HE/SHE HAS NO OTHER RESPONSIBILITY TO THE CUSTOMER. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. THE SALE IS COMPLETE ONCE THE CUSTOMER TAKES DELIVERY AND IS SATISFIED. MY SO 10336**** WAS VERIFIED IN STOCK.
