Poor service, fraud
Children gave a gift voucher from the gift island "banana or chocolate spa massage + wrapping + tea ceremony" at the holiday, I still see this "beauty" is offered even now with discount. I have been to several salons several times: spa sky, vspa, floriena spa, city spa, etc. C. If I sniffed at a city spa, I hadn't experienced this yet. It didn't occur to me to look at reviews about this company - literally full of them. Wrote me down on Sunday, which was beneficial to me, but probably on Sundays there is no one who provides such services, I think there is no masseuse. At first I was surprised that I had entered the hairdresser's, but I was taken through all the rooms and brought in.. In the pantry! The real word means - podsobka. Can't say bad for the warehouse,fresh renovation, bright, clean room, though very small, with cabinets with glass doors, loaded full of hairdressing items, appliances and hair care products, a massage table set up on the sides and inserted in the middle against the window. There are no calm lighting, candlelight, relax music and other relaxing elements. But the main masseuse herself, who, I can guarantee, was no masseuse, just broke up! I had never seen anything so unprofessional in my life. Asked if I had been to similar massages and received an affirmative answer, I was even more confused. I know what a chocolate massage is and what it is made of (in each salon the thickness varies a little, of course) and I know what a wrap is. Here the woman rubbed my back and legs only with a scrub and then, wiped with a dry towel, began to strike something from the tube,which only smelled a little bit of artificial cocoa... When I knocked on my back, I listened to what was going on outside, because the street was loud behind the window and I wanted to get away faster, because it was uncomfortable even in the place of its "masseuse". While dressing, I looked at a nearby chair and saw that instead of chocolate, I was smeared with chocolate body butter (from its cheap end, isana, etc.), yes, there were two tubes - scrub and butter. Probably my children wanted something better for me for 30 dollars, so don't go for this offer and I don't recommend visiting this salon at all
