Poor condition of unit

Rented a unit on line and paid admin fee. When we went to see the unit....it was dirty, watermarks on the walls, ceiling falling down, smelly stains on floor. The back door was wide open. I went right back to the office and the young lady who was there was helpful but didn't know how to cancel. Spoke with District Mgr and Corporate, and they say we must pay the whole month and admin feel. The clerk originally took the lock fee off but the next day they sent that charge through. I have pictures...corporate says sorry... My bank says...we will block the charges. User's recommendation: check the condition of the unit before signing up. I had used this location years ago and it was great.
