We booked this vacation Aug of 2017. Confirmation A546051. We stayed from Dec 2 to Dec 9. We spent 6000 USD and were treated no better than someone who spent 2000usd. First suite service was horrific. Orders did not arrive at all, orders were 30 to 45 min at best and...
