Ordered Necklaces

Ordered a several necklaces back in September 2019. Never received a thing! But my credit card was charged and paid out on October 13, 2019. When I tried to call I get a busy signal and that's it. What is up? Since this I keep getting new requests to order new things under a new name...would appreciate some answers.
