Not able to open sweepstakes

I have tried to open you elite sweepstake entry for $7,000 for many days now Cannot get past the sweepstakes entry Cannot access this and many others Loseing tokens from your not being able to to get past many other games because of your problems Please explain haow I can get past these problems?
