NO SERVICE FOR REFREGATOR IN 2 WEEKS

it has been 2 weeks since my refrigerator has been broken. when i call home warranty, i'm often cut off when i try to get answers. the repair company said sears sent the wrong report in--for a washing machine and they couldn't do anything until the report was corrected.i'm still waiting for a repairman. I am not a new customer and i pay too much for this kind of service. I have paid enough to buy a refregator User's recommendation: FIND A COMPANY THAT WILL STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.
