NEVER BUZZED AND CLAIMED THEY BUZZED

The delivery guy did not even buzz on my phone and I have the proof. I called the Canpar and the lady who worked at customer service said they buzzed and they buzz only ONCE. I understand one buzz might be their protocol to follow. IRONICALLY they never buzzed and I have saved the proof on my phone. But at this point of health crisis of COVID 19 where even our prime minister has made mandatory rules to stay home; Canpar has not attempted to do this good deed of making a second buzz and easing the stress level at this critical point of time. The lady at customer service is not all empathetic and she told me to go to convenience store to pick up. If I get exposed to this virus while going out for pick up, Canpar would be responsible for the spread of this infectious disease. In summation, CANPAR is not customer friendly with ZERO kindness and ZERO empathy. User's recommendation: NEVER choose Canpar.
