I needed to cancel an order and was unable to get in touch with anyone at the store and contacting Customer service via email was just an endless loop. I finally was able to contact Customer Service and they called the store and the store called me. Once I was able to speak with a person I had no problems. They were very polite and offered me several options to help with payments if I chose to go ahead with my order. User's recommendation: When you call Stanton Optical and are given the choice to talk to someone in the store or a Customer Service Rep., chose the latter.
