Eventually filed a formal complaint with the Utah Attorney General. Hope they shut this business down and send the owners and employees to jail This business charged our credit card for a room they never reserved. Told us that our claim was denied, no supervisor will come to the phone to discuss becausee they are scammers and want to cheat you, That is how they do business.
