My NEW refrigerator

We had a new fridge recently delivered from our local Lowe's. The fridge upon delivery was missing the top 2 gallon bins in right fridge door. We took the recommended steps and ordered them via warranty. TWO times we have received the wrong bins even though we gave all the required info. to the Rep..PLEASE HELP!!! This mess has been going on for weeks. Thanks...
