I send my parcel 1.5 months ago, it got stuck at their offices, in my effort to communicate with them I had to spend hours on trying to reach them. When I finally found them, they told me that my parcel contains illegal goods without mentioning anything else even if I asked what they mean. They said they cannot give me more information, they cannot send me my parcel back, and they cannot compensate me for the kept parcel which none knows if it will be even sent or not (again no information provided). User's recommendation: Don't trust DHL to send your parcel again, check their pages on Facebook and other social media and you will see thousands of people complaining about their services and the lost parcels.
