Missing and Broken Parts

I purshased two (2) of your Patriot Lighting Crescent fans. One of the remote battery cover came broken and the other simply came with no back cover. Could I be mailed two (2) battery remote cover parts for this product? Looking forward to your assistance. My address is 4541 S. Champlain Ave. Unit 2 Chicago, IL 60653 Thank you, Breana
