Suddenly got a flat tire in Felton, Delaware called On point roadside assistance. After being on hold for half an hour the representative send he was sending out assistance. After an additional hour the company who was supposed to arrive called and said they no longer worked with On Point and they were no longer with On point. Called again and was put on hold 3 more times for an additional 2 hours. Never got User's recommendation: Don't use Nationwide insurance or On point road service.
