Labeled me a Fraud

I placed several orders with Olay.com and a few days later I noticed they were both cancelled. When I contacted Olay they informed me my debit card was not valid....I contacted my bank and was told everything was great...that the orders with Olay were cancelled by the merchant. So I reordered...this time I used my credit card...this order was also cancelled. I have been calling Olay for 3 days now and everyone tells me that it is in the system that I am a fraud....no one will tell me why...just that I am....nor will one person in their so-called customer service try to rectify the situation. HEY!!!!! TRY CALLING MY BANK!!!!! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. User's recommendation: If your order goes through...pray you do not have to deal with their customer service.
