It’s almost Christmas ans still no fickin’ tree

Ordered my Xmas tree 2 weeks ago. Yes, a little late I know but I was in hospital. The website promised delivery by 12.12. its now the 17th and no sign of our tree. I ordered several other items at the same time. They have all been delivered ... ( separately) but no tree. My 4 year old daughter is beside herself and wants to decorate a tree like all of her friends. Initially customer service number just rang out but now it won't even connect. E-mailing customer services results in an automated reply saying, due to unforeseen circumstances it will take 48 hours to respond. I can only assume that their customer service team have contracted ebola. I am so disjointed. If they do not have the items in stock then they should not allow customers to order them.
