First let me say that if i could give zero stars I would. Long wait for delivery. Still havent even recieved my full order. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am so happy for reviews. I have been searching for bar stools and from past experiences have learned to look at reviews. I ordered barstools for my restaurant and they sent me two different products in the same box. They only have offered me a discount on the wrong items that they sent. If you take your business serious… do not trust them to deliver the product you ordered!
They had no problem charging my credit card as soon as I ordered the items, but months later (after paying interest on the credit card) there is still no furniture. They promise a refund and say that all I have to do is email “David” at customer service (oxymoron). The email gets bounced back and the refund... Read more➤
