This company is not good for the urban community standards. There great in the store front but terrible customer service on the phone. They sale to customers with financial issues until you have a financial issue with the payment there is no help, management is never available. ALERT ALERT ALERT ALERT THERE REPS ARE TERRIBLE AND RUDE AND TALK DOWN ON THERE CUSTOMERS
