My package air conditioner was purchased in June 2010 the evaporator coil failed and was replaced the first time in October 2011 its failed for the second time February 24th 2015 and the service department alluded to the fact that I would be given special consideration for the labor charges and replacing this coil for the second time but they have removed on that and they will not give any consideration for those charges for the contractor I think this is very unfair and I am been without an air conditioner since February 23rd my name is betty williams I live in Oldsmar Florida my phone number area code 727 271 4655 and I've sent in a complaint online I've also spoken to Troy at the Arkansas center and I am just getting a run around
