I returned a malfunctioning Plantronics Voyager 510 Bluetooth Headset to this company. I heard nothing from them. Money Theft

Money theft at a ScandiBank ATM. I put a ScandiBank in the ATM card revolut to withdraw 10 but at the moment when the money is issued the ATM throws an error and the money is not issued. Refuse the operation wire all the new ATM money is issued. But looking at the bank's report shows that the money was issued and deducted from the account for the first 10 years, although I have not received. A call to a consultant on ScandiBank denies me help because it is not within their competence because I am not a client of ScandiBank. But the money was swallowed by a ScandiBank ATM and not another.
