I bought a mega bus ticket n didn’t get my confirmation. So how do I use my ticket?

I purchased a ticket n was never giving a confirmation. I went to call customer, let me tell you. Y'all need to do better providing customer assistance. I need to talk with human being when it's concerning my money. Thank you.
