Hotelclub – Breakfast Review from Adelaide, South Australia

Booked and paid for a hotel buffet breakfast included through Rates To Go, operated by Hotel Club. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast and when we checked out had to pay for breakfast. Contacted Rates To Go on our return and they now don't want to know me. Their commitment is to offer a rewarding experience. This certainly didn't happen. Will certainly contact Orbitz too as this is also part of Hotel Clu and Rates To Go. Some customer service would be a good experience. I still have all my details of my booking. Glenda
