Horrible service, horrible IT assistance, horrible technician support

I have 2 phone numbers, and 2 internet connections at my home, and I had 2 bills. Windstream attempted to combine 2 billings into 1 statement. They shut off both lines, 1 month ago, they have sent 5 repair techs and we still have no service to one of our lines. When you contact IT they have techs they have an extremely limited ability to speak or understand english. understand User's recommendation: Never use Windstream for internet or phone service.
