Poor service
Hello I feel very disappointed in the service, I am a loyal customer and I buy goods in the AZ Store for several years, usually everything is ok, but the ordered product could not be delivered this time. Offered an alternative, said contact me. The communication took place via sms, where a link was sent, and then I said I should contact Rd, but no contacts were listed. Then of course I didn't call and forwarded me couldn't again had to call another line. Then the product offered to me was more expensive and, of course, did not offer a discount. A very unpleasant situation considering that the product is planned as a gift. Nesmuki!
