Horrible haircut. All CHOPPED UP.

I went back on and asked to get the cut fixed better. She just cut the top short so it TOPPED UP. I asked for my money back. The assistant manager did fix the front so it isn't TOPPING UP. But the whole back is all sticking out. I had long layers in the pictures I brought. Now all short! User's recommendation: It was bad.
