Horrible Cancellation Policy

Marriott Vacation Club is penalizing their loyal timeshare holders for canceling their trips which is insane. They need to give people back their points and their weeks for a 2 year usage opportunity. Who knew we would be in this situation. We are scheduled to go to Maui on March 28th for 2 weeks. We feel pressured to go because the solution is not fair and yet it contradicts what the government is advising. Everything is shut down and it is not safe. We are Chairmans Club and I wish we did not own 1 timeshare at this point. Marriott Vacation Club is a huge disappointment. User's recommendation: Do not buy Marriott Timeshares.
