Help PT4 needs help

I have a golf buddy pt4. it changes courses. and has a different distance than anybody I play with... on par threes sometimes it reads 200 yards on a hundred yard. I would like to send it in and have it. fixed repaired whatever you can do to it I sent one in a few years ago. I needed the number to send it that's all I remember I'm sure I had to pay you. can you help me with this.
