Have never been treated like this in my life

I had to check in with my friend, due to the fact that i have lost my ID. I paid for the room. I paid for 2 nights. October 5&6 2019. So they put me on the second floor I ask if there is an elevator was told no. Asked if I could be put on the first floor due to the fact that I have a really bad knee. I went back down to the office to get hand towels and pillows. I was handed a pack of all of the towels but told no to the pillows and that I already had 2. I have a bad neck and need several to sleep with didnt care. Then was told no I couldn't have an ashtray I didn't reserve a smoking room. So up the stairs and back down with my phone in hand slapped it aganst the glass to prove to this idiot that yes I had reserved a smoking room. He then started rattling off well I don't have anymore smoking rooms available, blah, blah, blah. I looked at him and said ok then you'll refund every penny right now ill have everything out of my room in 5 minutes. All of a sudden he says he didn't say that, I looked at him straight in the eye and called him a liar. Now the room is on the third floor, are you kidding me. What part of a really bad knee did you not understand. I was thete for a couple of nights to get away from home, things with my family have been tense and I needed the break. I was so upset that night that i cried myself to sleep for 2 hors. When I woke up I had to go downstairs to get something to eat. So down then back up. The next morning i went back to the office to speak with the new manager/owner who knows after expedia had already tried on my behalf. So I went down there to let him know how I felt about how I was being treated and that I was leaving and wanted my money back. I was told no. Expedia has tried again at the corporate level and been told no. So I'm going to find every site i can and tell my story until they decide to contact me and start some type of dialogue.
