I purchased a Sauder desk on line. It came quickly. On assembling desk found if read the instructions carefully no problems to do so. Yes it takes patience and time to assemble. Found slight damage to one of the pieces. I did on line chat explained issue and told no problem new piece would arrive in approx. 3 business days. Part arrived in 2 days in perfect condition. Customer service was excellent!!!! The product description was clear and precise so no hidden surprises. New what I was buying and happy with purchase and customer service :) User's recommendation: read description of product so make wise decision if right for you !
