I tried to call the german service hotline, because after using the contact form, I didn't get any reply. According to the website, I should be able to reach the customer service from 8am-4pm. But whenever I call it says, that I am calling outside of the opening hours. I checked for references, just to find out, that appearently everyone who has ever tried to call that number had the same frustrating experience. User's recommendation: don't use a flight company without customer servive, ever.
