I went to Fuddruckers for lunch yesterday and had a terrible experience. When we ordered, I asked for the senior discount. After the employee rung it up and I received my receipt, I noticed the discount had not been applied. I questioned a couple of employees about it and they didn't know how to handle it. When I went to get my drink, I had to select four different options before I got one that was not empty. I brought it to the attention of the employee, but nothing was done about it. I ordered things that weren't available... for example I wanted cookies and coleslaw. The employee had to go into the back to get the bag of coleslaw and then had to mix it with the dressing and make it, and by that time I had received my food and it was getting cold. My husband's chicken sandwich was horrible and the restaurant was messy. I usually love Fuddruckers, but I was extremely disappointed with this experience!!
