I made a purchase which offered a $20 gift card as a promotion. The gift card never arrived. I called customer service which never answers during their posted business hours, so tried their chat feature. I was rudely told that they would not honor the promotion because it has expired. Excuse me?! Way to dupe and take advantage of your customers. With so many excellent places to shop for beauty and skincare, there is absolutely no reason to ever patronize this ridiculous establishment.
