PAYPAL is working on the refunding. Because Roman Containers lammented that they could not use PAYPAL. WE asked CARLOS BOTHA to actively do the refund, because Roman Containers asked for this transfer account. As the first step. Nothing happened. Therefore we have escalated the case to PAYPAL. 1400 USD which was transferred by TT awaiting refund, This amount was transfered to speed up delivery of the container. The price was now 1400USD we were told, a discount price Just the same day as Roman Containers told us the container was due to be delivered, they came up with another suggestion of 110% including insurance! Telling us it was refundable. How can we believe, since refunding is yet to be received. This was not mentioned to us from the beginning. We became SUSPICIOUS. Why all of the sudden. 1. Paypal payments was not good enough for Roman Containers. WHY delay refund? 2. Changes in delivery plan, price and conditions are not the same as we had agreed. Why ? 3.
