Floor peeling do you sall a repair kit

It started peeling and looks like it is deterating hole there need to talk to someone see if they can fix or send me a repair kit It is walk in shower was put in 4-18-15 I have my contract agreement address is Premier Baths Inc. 2330 S. Nova Road South Daytona Fl. The person that wrote up the agreement is Fon Rattiff Please I need answers Feel like it is getting water under floor and it won't take long to roat Thanks for you info
