I purchased a Haven Walk-In tub from this company about 5 years ago that I absolutely hate. This company targeted me, a would-be retiree to buy into this piece of junk. THE JETS FEATURE WILL NOT WORK. I GUESS I NEED A NEW PUMP EVEN THOU IT WAS USED 12 TIMES.SINCE THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS I NEED TO SEE WHO CAN REPLACE THE PART. IS IT UNIVERSAL AND A PLUMBER CAN FIX OR WAS IT A CUSTOM ITEM? User’s recommendation: NONE AS THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS.
