First Class benefits

I signed up for first class for 6 months on 7/22/21 and received an email from Apple confirming that I paid for it. However, I did not get upgraded to first class benefits on the Jswipe app. Please help! My first inquiry to customer service didn't resolve it. Thanks! Karyn Monat
