Like many others, ordered this product for a Christmas gift. Site assured me that orders were shipped within three days and usually received within five business days and that customer service was available 24/7. That was about a month ago. Despite repeated emails asking about the status of my order, I got NOTHING. Despite an email stating that they were terribly busy and were having trouble filling all the orders, mine would be sent out, still NOTHING. HANDS DOWN the WORST customer service/company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Buy anything else from anyone else.
