Agree with the comments. These guys are refusing to comply with their own contract – that there would be a refund of fees (except C$1, 000 service fee and the non-refundable C$500 initial payment). Kvist Ltd. is a company that has been working with for years. changes of ownership, ups and downs. There are things that will not change. Salaries!
