I was not home during installation. When they were done installing they manually wrote with a pen 60 (sixty) in the contract line period, without explain it to anyone. I've called them to complaint about it and all they do is scare you and tell you that you are tied to them. If you don't agree with their terms they will ruin your credit. The service should be based on quality and good customer service and not by force. I strongly advise against hiring their service. When i called to cancel, they told me I have to pay 75% of the whole remaining contract if I want to get out. Worst company. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and talk to an attorney.
