Purchased $8000+ of Indio Outdoor Furniture. The finish on the wood chairs is peeling, cracking, etc. Pottery Barn would do NOTHING to assist in this issue after at least 7 calls to customer service, supplied pictures, etc. Horrible to do business with, terrible customer service. A huge disappointment on this purchase.
