DISGUSTING COMMERCIAL!!!

I can't believe they advertise a pilot using a catheter in his plane!!! Seriously the most DISGUSTING thing I've heard in years. Everyone knows it takes two hands to use a catheter. What does the pilot do ... put the plane on auto pilot while he FUMBLES around with his junk catheterizing himself? How does he wash his hands after messing with his junk? Where does he put the urine?
