Although I called them to initiate service at my new address and stop service at my old address I got billed for service at my old address. Called them about it and they have no record of my calling them AT ALL. Still, they haven't had any problem billing me AT THE NEW ADDRESS! Customer service reps are useless. Add in 20 minutes on "hold" and a threat they'll cut off service at my new address if I don't pay the bill FOR SERVICE AT THE OLD ADDRESS!
